Returns Policy

Returns on unopened software will receive a refund less 20% restocking fee if returned within 15 days of receipt by customer. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Defective items will be replaced or credited towards another purchase. No returns on opened software will be accepted. On defective items received for exchange, we will pay for replacement shipping after received at customer expense.

All returns must be shipped to: Software Solutions, 43460 Ridge Park Drive, Suite 250, Temecula, CA  92590 via FedEx, UPS or DHL only. Please include your order number. You must keep your tracking number. Once you see the package has been received by Software Solutions, email the tracking number, along with your order number using our contact us form. Only then can the credit take place.

Software Solutions is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.

OEM software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the applicable System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support.

Refusals

The Buyer may be subject to no less than a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee, shipping charges, and any losses incurred by Seller if a package is refused without prior authorization.
